This secluded property is situated near the garden at Arbuthnott House but still less than 10 minutes in the car to the shops in Inverbervie.

Consisting of:
4 bedrooms - 1 double (King size & ensuite shower room), 1 more double (bedroom 3), 1 twin and 1 single bedroom

This cottage will sleep up to 7 people 

 

Also - additional shower room, kitchen, sitting/dining room and the bothy has a table-tennis table. Large upright freezer in garage

 

But.........you should be prepared to go down a passable but non-tarmac road (i.e. a country track) to access the house.

There is a payphone but NO WI-FI is available in this cottage - the ultimate digital detox!
