The Arbuthnott Holiday Cottages are situated in North-East Scotland some two hours north of Edinburgh and half-an-hour south of Aberdeen. We are three miles from the coast with easy access to Royal Deeside.There is a good road network around Arbuthnott making it an ideal location from which to explore much of Scotland. The East Coast Railway Line runs from Stonehaven or Montrose (both about 12 miles), and more recently Laurencekirk (5m). There are airports at Aberdeen, Dundee and Edinburgh.

Open all year, VisitScotland 3 Star grading, The Old School sleeps up to 6 people in each of the three houses. 

The detached Garden Cottage sleeps up to 7.  £30 electricity is included for weekly lets, children and pets are welcome. 

Insulated, double-glazed and efficiently heated with biomass pellet boilers.
